So, here I am. Autumn arrived and it was high time to escape, especially after such a dismal summer.
This is Malaga, chosen because I love it and also as it is easy to access. Leaving drizzle, the stressful rail connections and arriving to 30 degs and 'la culture de la calle' is always the best therapy on earth. It will be one week of solo travel, with two nights here, two more in Estepona, then two in Tarifa followed by two weeks study in Cadiz (again).
I start today, for geographical convenience at the central market. The building was designed by Joaquin de Rucoba and built between 1876 and 1879 mimicking the nazari style.
As I wander by all the glorious fresh produce I think it really is a shame that I am staying in a hotel and not self catering.
